If you wish to exchange an item, it must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Exchanges must be requested within our stated exchange window.

Embellished Styles
For all embellished and hand-decorated pieces, please be aware that loose or missing beads are not considered a valid reason for exchange, as minor bead loss can occur naturally due to the delicate nature of the craftsmanship.

Only in cases where the item is seriously faulty will we review the issue and determine, at our discretion, whether it qualifies for an exchange.
